Each plan can only be purchased once at a time. Renewal will be available within 3–5 business days before your plan expires.
Pro plan subscribers may upgrade to Ultra at any time; remaining Pro days will be prorated against the price difference.
If you downgrade from Ultra to Pro, we will notify you by email within 5 days before your Ultra plan expires and allow you to purchase the lower-tier plan at that time.
